Carpet Cleaning

End of Tenancy Clean

End-of-tenancy cleans are tailored to the project in hand. A complete end-of-tenancy clean would cover a property cleaning from top to bottom.

  • De-cob webbing all areas

  • Wiping down all surfaces, including skirting boards, inside and outside of cupboards, and inside windows (outside windows if requested).

  • Wipe down of doors, vacuum all areas, descaling of taps and shower partitions, fridge/freezer dishwasher & washing machine, degreasing of kitchen area and oven deep clean.

Builders Clean

  • We remove any remaining debris or rubbish left in the property/building and place it into a designated area, i.e. skip.

  • Wipe down walls and all surfaces, removing dust from the building work.

  • Removing paint and work materials from places they shouldn't be. Remove small fixtures after the first clean, ready for a more thorough clean.

  • A final sparkle clean is recommended, as the dust will typically settle again after a builder's clean.

Sparkle Clean

This service aims to make the property look as fresh as possible and give it a finishing touch. i.e. removing smears on windows/mirrors, door knobs, hoovering all areas, mopping floors. Carpet and window cleaning can be added to this service.

Deep Clean

The deep clean can range from one room to a full house deep clean and involves descaling all taps, degreasing all areas and appliances; vacuuming, scouring marks and removing stains where possible. Oven, carpet and window cleaning can be added to this service.
