Deep Clean Service

The deep clean can range from one room to an entire office (or commercial space) and involves:

• Descaling all taps.

• Degreasing all areas and appliances.

• Vacuuming.

• Scouring marks and removing stains where possible. 

Further options include adding deep carpet or floor cleaning. 

Sparkle Clean

This service aims to make the property look as fresh as possible and give it a finishing touch. i.e. removing smears on windows/mirrors, door knobs, vacuuming all areas, mopping floors. Further options include adding deep carpet or floor cleaning.

Builders Clean

• We remove any remaining debris or rubbish left in the property/building and place it into a designated area, i.e. skip.

• Wipe down walls and all surfaces, removing dust from the building work.

• Removing paint and work materials from places they shouldn't be. Remove small fixtures after the first clean, ready for a more thorough clean.

• A final sparkle clean is recommended, as the dust will typically settle again after a builder's clean.

Office Carpet Cleaning

Apartment Block Cleaning

• Dust/wipe down all accessible sills, ledges, handrails, light fittings & horizontal surfaces, including frames. 

• Vacuum all carpeted areas, moving any light furniture as required.

• Wipe down all stairs treads/nosings.

• Wipe off any marks on painted surfaces as far as possible.

• Clean internal/exterior communal front/rear door including frame and thresholds.

• Buff internal glass surfaces. Polish door handles, grab handles, door plates on communal doors & panel controls.

Oven cleaning - Only offered with another service not individually.
